two eggs broke last night and early this morning but egg 3 this evening you can see pieces of other at right front of nest talons crossed

 And some are saying this is Mrs. BB and Shadows 1st fight! In fairness, some (on IWS chat) are saying Shadow with his fish was being chased by another eagle (and this adds to his aggression) that can be seen below through the trees on the right, when she 1st gets up. I don't know ... Ten minutes passes from when she gets up till his landing with the fish on the nest. Video by knarley123:

 Awhile ago, I saw Shadow bring in another fish as above. She stood screaming again as soon as she spotted him flying. As he landed he mantled it. But this time she was able to grab it sooner and a quick tug-of-war commenced with Mrs. BB the victor! She enjoyed the spoils!! He needs to learn to eat the head off site, before bringing the rest to the nest to feed her. He wants to eat on site and she is starving and wants it now!! It has been a tad over 3 days since the 1st egg was laid, but she is getting a lot of unneeded stress. Watch this video of a very, very, brazen raven. It not only taunted her verbally, but physically as it pulled her feathers with it's beak. The 1st 2:50 minutes are of it flying out and about the nest tree and then it lands and the action begins! The feather pulling is best seen on the slo-mo. This video from today is by Lady Hawk:

March 9, 2019 They are going to lose that egg They are young There are 2 ravens - and they are very smart One lured the female off the egg if the male hadnt been there, the 2nd raven would have taken the egg Thank you for that link

 Thanks for pic, Ferenz! Some of those on IWS chat are saying Shadow keeps putting that pine cone (seen just above the bole) into the bole, because he doesn't want her to lay a 3rd egg and she keeps taking it out as she did during this brood she has just left!!
