Great coverage, all...and thanks for the blog update link, swinwk...Since I started viewing after that time period, I had no clue Columbus had a regular winter visitor (sounds like current Oshkosh~LOL) we currently have a ledge sitting visitor..

 Looks like he is still a bit unsure about his reflection in the cam...lol. Nice blog update by Donna. Looks like Aries was spotted in the area the same month Spark disappeared...in Sept. I believe Spark was last seen on Sept 19 and Aries was spotted ~ 2 miles from the Rhodes Tower near the end of Sept. Durand's behavior changed on Oct 1 and Aries was 1st seen on the ledge on Oct 3. Not sure what to make of all that. I suppose time will tell....sigh. It concerns me that Aries was in the area the same time Spark disappeared.

A bit late but . . . Too bad they didn't turn the nest box one quarter, that way the falcons would not have the problems with direct sunlight during the most part of the day during nesting season. Missed opportunity in my opinion. So Spark is replaced by a grandson of Orville and Scout?! Wow! Amazing turn of events. Oh, and I still can't get this cam, or their webpages. They never responded to the inquiries my internet provider made about the reason why my IP address is blocked. |

| We have a visitor at the ledge! Looks pretty large- probably Durand? Looking... looking... a little preening... now a walk over to the edge. There she goes- didn't really dive, was in sight for several seconds as she/ he flew away....

Hope I'm not the only one not getting the cam this morning. I was reading Donna's blog and saw the picture of the old nest box being hauled away. Man, I sure would have liked to have a piece of it. Crazy? Well it is part of our bird history.
