Great findings, Perk! Thanks for that report. I'm so glad two of the kids have found each other. That may be a sign that at least one of them on the Huntington is flying in a deliberate manner, heading where it wants to go. Thanks for all the time and effort that you and Rose are putting into this. We really appreciate your eyes and ears right now! :15heartbeat:

I spent a little time downtown around noon today. I even went up to the 40th floor of the Rhodes Tower to get a good look at the surrounding roofs. Unfortunately, I couldn't find any fledglings. I assume they were hiding out in the shade somewhere as it is another steamy day here in Columbus. :fangirl:

I did get to see an adult come in for a landing on the ledge above the window I was looking out. My best guess is that the adult landed on the ledge to the right of the nest ledge.

I have class tonight at 6:00 and hope to get back downtown around 7:30 or 8:00. Hopefully my falcon karma will be as good this evening as it was last evening!

Good morning everyone - here is a report from Irina - I wanted her permission to post this amazing news from yesterday morning before I posted it -

This morning (Thursday) I went to downtown, and around 7 a.m. I spotted all 4 juvies on the top of Riffe building, later they moved to Huntington and out of my view. 1 adult was briefly by the nest box.

She said that she ran into Mike so maybe Mike has a few pictures to share?

This is really exciting - I thank the ladies in the Rife for sending the picture of the juvie on the window ledge - how exciting to see one of the juvies up close like that - thank you ladies!!

Oh my gosh Rose...this is the best news ever...all four on the Riffe and Huntington. The kids have found each other and are keeping each other company....probably exchanging notes about flying...lol. I can't wait to see Mike's pics. I'm so happy!!! :hapdance:

Thank you!! The kids seem to be doing OK. Gosh...it is soooooo nerve wracking worrying about them. :nervous:

Such amazing news, Rosekk...Do you know if Irina or Mike got pics? Irina has always had that uncanny ability to find them. Me, on the other hand, could probably find all the pigeons..or crows...I'm good at spotting crows...LOL

Glad these guys are doing well. Blue in Harrisburg had to go back to rehab. They discovered his liver isn't right . Hopefully they can help him and he can be used for educational purposes.

So funny that you mentioned crows, SGB; I was downtown this morning for a few minutes, I spotted what I thought was a falcon on the LeVeque - way too small to identify it so I took a picture - it was a pigeon - rolf - I was bummed!! I did hear two separate screaming juvies in 2 separate locations - Rife and Huntington Bank building. I hope to watch sometime todayand I hope to find Perk too or even Mike?

Good morning everyone: I was downtown this morning - as soon as I got off my bus, I heard screaming coming from the LeVeque - so in my usual way - lol - I started taking pictures of the building - got to work - lo and behold, there was a falcon - on the very top of the LeVeque. Scanning pictures of other views of the building, I don't see anyone else, although I thought I heard 2 screams. All was quiet so I headed to work. Happy Monday everyone!!
