Came in at 12:15 AM EDT and the male was on the ledge. He kept looking upwards at intervals and was talking. He just now flew! The lights were out under the ledge and it is too dark to see if she is in the box.

The male arrived to the nest at 6:44 EDT. He is standing there talking as I leave.

They're both there. She slipped off the ledge. I don't know if it was because it was wet or it was the juices from the prey that made her slip off. All I know was that she slipped twice and the third time was the charm.

RE: Sunday

Lots of activity late afternoon and early evening with both of them. She did a lot of scraping. As much as I would love to see eggs here, its way too late..in my humble opinion.

I agree sky! She also spent about 40 minutes scraping out the bowl and sitting in it Saturday morning. I had never seen her spend that much time focusing on it and that is why I have been checking at night, but so far she is not spending the night. I was surprised to catch him on the ledge after midnight and fly off a couple nights ago. They do fly at night sometimes, don't they!

She looks like she could be laying an egg.

I hope not. Those chicks at JRB look miserable enough and these will hatch in July! :1sum:
