So, we weren't crazy!! If I'm understanding their report, she "fludged" on Saturday? If so, it was after our last sighting at 4 pm.

Then yesterday at 12:36, Mom grabbed that food and took off immediately..Must have been going to feed her, wherever she was.

Glad they will be down there today. No way that chick will stay on the window ledge.

(guess I can take the recorder off the cam...LOL)

How nice they Thant finally did an update. That window ledge is pretty high, but you are right, no way she is going to stay there. Well at least she made it all the way down safely once.

Well, the freeway is right below the building, but that has never happened before! Really lucky she didn't get hit.

Just finished reading the update by VDGIF!! Great job by them and Great rescue!! :loveheart: That is one very lucky little girl. I'm glad they have taken her to the Wildlife Center. I'm no expert, but she was just too young to be out and about trying to fly around...especially with an interstate so near by. I just hope she is found to be healthy and that she can rehab quickly. I don't want her parents to forget her...and we all know that, if possible, its better that her parents raise her!!

Speaking of parents. Mom visit around 4 pm today.

:15heartbeat: Just hoping she did not suffer a keel injury or something else internally during her rambunctious adventures over the course of the last few days. Really hoping when her time is right, she can be reunited with Mom and Dad if possible. But, she has to be capable of flying well first.

She's not supposed to be on the freeway; she can't even fly, let alone drive! :teehee: Glad there was an angel with her and she's safe.

from what I read on Fb , they will keep her a bit to get stronger and I am sure they will release her back to area when she is stronger. that is impression I got, but could be wrong.

In these troubled times, I think a big thank you is in order for the police for closing down the freeway.

I do support this centre. I have adopted Buddy the eagle( I watched him from an egg at Norfok years back) , gray son the hawk and Maggie , whom we watched form an d egg

very good centre
