The only update I have this morning is that they don't know where the female who left the ledge yesterday is missing. That does not mean anything bad, but they don't know where she is. I see three females in the box right now. No word on Blue.

I know they searched some parking garages and came up empty. About half an hour ago there was a food delivery to the three girls in the nest box. They are now chilling on the shelf in front of the box.

About 15 minutes ago. Red Girl came into the box and grabbed the uneaten food from earlier. She took it to the shelf, started eating it herself, but then beak fed two of the screaming girls. The third girl didn't appear to be hungry, although did get a few bites at the end of the feeding.

Pretty sure they have found where Blue flew to, and have also located the missing female. If you are on Facebook, there is a page called Wilmington Falcons. That is where I'm getting my information.

Oh, Nancy. Are you sure? I just checked FB posts and didn't see anything about a fledge. I thought the third one was in the other corner in the box. As far as I know, the female is still on the elevator structure. Blue, the male, has been doing some short flights. Last I heard he's on a much higher building about two blocks from the nest building. Somewhere around 7:30 Red Girl was beak feeding the girls on the shelf, and afterwards there was another food delivery which one of them snatched and took it in the box.

Am seeing three females on the ledge right now. The female (Black) was rescued this morning and should be released on the Brandywine Building roof at some point. No specific word about Blue, the male, this morning, but he has been seen.

Fortunately, I was wrong. Don't know where she could have been hiding cause I zoomed the cam in on both cams and couldn't find her. :girlcrazy:

Those three girls are still in the box. I've not seen any updates lately, so I guess no news is good news. Black was released on the roof this morning. And Nancy, sometimes I have trouble seeing when it starts to get dark.

Apparently I do, too!

I understand that Black (female) flew from the roof of the Brandywine Building and is now on top of a bank building that is right next to the garage where the watches are done. That bank has all kinds of room to explore. Blue (male) is still on a high building about two or three blocks away.

Two girls on the shelf now. I just learned that Red (female) is under the nest box. Don't have any more details.

More details. Around 5:50 this morning Red (female) jumped on top of Green (female), and fell off the shelf to the ledge below. She's still there as far as I know. Blue (male) has been seen flying with the adults. Last word I had on Black (female) is that she was sleeping over on the bank roof next to the garage where the watchers are located. This cool weather isn't the greatest for first flights.

Those two girls in the box both fledged within five minutes of each other. I hope there are a lot of eyes down there watching right now.

One of those two girls is with her sister on the bank roof. They THINK the other one is on a building next to the nest building. Red is still under the box the last I read. Blue, the male, is on the roof of the nest building. He got there on his own and is flying well.

Just read that three of the girls are now together on the bank roof. Red, who was under the nest box, took off and landed at another spot on the nest building. I'd guess about 9 or 10 floors up from the picture I saw on Facebook. Blue (male) has been on the roof of the nest building several times and also flying with the adults. I believe he has gotten his learner's permit and then some.

Read a bit ago that Red (female) flew from her spot on the Brandywine Building and landed on the roof of the Marriott, which is directly behind the parking garage where the watches are done. Maybe 8 stories high. Good safe spot. The other three girls are on the bank roof, and Blue is flying around with the adults.
