Hmmmm...I think these two like sleeping in the nest together! Its very weird. I guess they must be due soon?

Doralynn over at Maine site has really put a lot of work into posting this site. so good to see an egg becasue there have 2 pairs here off and on.

Maine 1 has a bit more action as of late also

second egg was laid last night at dusk and you can see 2 eggs in the nest this morning

today is the date the eggs should hatch at the Central Maine eagle nest. Problems with the cam are preventing live viewing and the 15 second refresh cam even has its problems, but keep your eyes out for signs of a pip or adults bringing food to the nest today. We have had such high winds here lately it is hard to keep the cams working correctly.

Mac, I've left this open and check regularly. She doesn't seem to check the eggs much and never gets off. I don't think they are hatching yet.
