I use Media Replay Catcher from Applian. What I like about this program is that it is not a screen recorder. I connects directly with the live stream, so if you open an email while recording, it won't capture a picture of the email. It will simply continue to record the stream. It makes an .flv file, and there is a converter in the program to convert the video clip to wmv, zune, etc.
