Oops, I was posting while you were posting your video, KF. Great capture of them again today. They don't seem to be doing much to their nest. Maybe it is all set to go . . . ?

What was the nickname this past season ... "the FORTRESS" :leavestup:

, if I remember correctly? I must admit, that nest is one of, if not the biggest Eagles' nest I have ever seen!

On an additional note, yet relative to this particular nest, I wonder how Palmer is doing, where at, healthy, thriving, etc.? Hope ALL of you are well, enjoying life, and being BLESSED! :leafwave:

Hi all! Was soooo happy to check in and find pics of our lovely Liberty & Belle! Pics and vids are great, thank you all for posting. So great to see them poking around in the nest. Am so looking forward to another year of watching them, but maybe less drama this year? Too much snow last year. Every once in a while I look at my pic of Belle covered with snow, sitting on her egg. These are truly my favorite eagles, not withstanding my hornby ma n pa, and blackwater, and nbg nests. They will always be special to me. Cant wait! :sfwave:

What a welcome sight!

As I'm viewing Kitten's Dec. 28 photo, my impression (my little mind's viewpoint - ha, ha) is that either Belle or Liberty are standing in there inspecting "the fortress" :sfthumbs:

to see if it's close to being worthy, i.e., is everything ready for egg laying, incubating, hatching, etc.?
Wow; has the year "flown" or is it just me ... no pun intended, but at the same token, it is funny given our forum :smile:

Your so right Christine this year really did go by fast, before long its Eagle eggs and then before we know it all our great falcons will be here and laying eggs YIPPPEEEEE :dancing3:
