what a difference a week makes. This is why I do not worry when there is one in the nest. they usually form a strong bond. Mom will show this one the ropes. :hearts: :hearts:

I have not been able to see an adult but I watched this cutie for a bit yesterday. Looked to be calling and then looking at something below nest bowl.

you know how big they get they right now it seems like a cute stuffie :hearts:

Two slideshows
One form april 9 and one from april11

will miss this one when it goes.

We will never know why what happened did, but I am thankful to watch this great interaction of mom and babe. Maybe there was not enough food for 2, who knows but I am glad this one made it. Makes things seem better.

Great slideshows, bev. Unbelievable the difference in size of the chick between April 9th and 11th. Wonder when s/he will lift off for the first time... The approximate age??
