So excited this cam is back online...with an even better view than previously. One of my most favorite osprey families. A group of us here on Cape Ann, MA (Gloucester) formed a fan club during the 2008 season - when all 4 eggs hatched and all 4 chicks fledged. Talk about excitement! We even named the chicks - in order of hatching: Explorer, Norm (for Normal), Squatter, and Little Guy.

WOW! Those two don't waste any time. Betting on four eggs, given the track record.
Wouldn't it be terrific if there actually are four eggs laid, four hatches, four flourishing chicks, and four fledges! Here's hoping... :cheer

Milford nest news...terryo and Mel had posted comments on the DPOC blog.
We have a loose wire at the nest.

terryo writes ~ "It is likely one of the cable ties that was used to secure the lines when the cam was put back up...The ties are actually not very long.
I agree w/you Mel unless Lola or Kidd are in immediate danger then no one will bother the nest.

FYI - Lola and Kidd now have 4 eggs in their love nest, quite a productive team.
