A few days ago someone on my forum wrote about something she heard at a meeting of the Dutch Bird ass. Pa and S2 will be live on "Beleef de Lente" next season.
And yesterday Anita (Zwiersje) got the confirmation that it's true, the deal is sealed! :dancing3: :dancing3: :dancing3:
So on March 1 2011 the cams will go live again. :party2:

On Friday I was "obducted" by two of my forum members (who were on vacation on my island) and they have taken me to . . . .
THE TOWER ! ! ! :spingirl: :dancing3:

Message with pictures of me on my forym:
Els surprised me with a beautiful gift; a drawing of a PEREGRIINE fALCON:

It was great to finally see it all in real and meet some of the people who frequently visit the tower and share what they see with all of us on the forums.

Today the weather was completely different, sunny and warm.
And I was at the tower again. Good thing we did because we saw both Pa and S2 arriving and calling at each other. :loveshow:
Two other spotters were there too and they had these really good scopes and binoculars, so I got a very good look at them again. :dancing3:
It's a beautiful place to be (when it's not raining ) and I thinkI will re-visit, next year if and when there are juvies flying and learning. :waveht:

Ditto for me too! It must have been awesome for you to see the Tower in person.

P.S. That's wonderful news about De Mortel being on live cams again for next year.

Wow DEF, what a thrill to see the tower. I can't imagine how I would ever be able to see it, so it's wonderful to see it through your eyes. And pictures of all our falcon friends.
:cheer
Thanks so much for sharing. I look forward to seeing the live cam next year. I pray that Pa and S2 stay safe and healthy until then and we have chicks on the tower again.
