Glad to see the stick view is corrected this morning. No falcons in sight at the moment. I THINK the fireworks are tomorrow (Saturday) night.

WELL AT SOME POINT, LIL ONE LEFT AND LIL DAD SHOWED UP ON THE STICK. MAYBE HE WENT OUT CHASING NG. HAVE TO LOOK AT THE VIDEO.

Well, phooey, just missed seeing LO on the cam. Am leaning VERY strongly about going downtown tonight. The weather today doesn't get any better than this.

PRETTY SURE I HEARD LIL ONE A COUPLE MINS AGO, BUT BY THE TIME I GOT UP TO LOOK, ONLY SAW A FALCON FLYING OFF THE POINT OR BY THE POINT.

LIL DAD WAS ON THE POINT AND NG CAME AND HE WENT IN THE SCRAPE CHRIPING. NOW I THINK IT'S NG ON THE POINT LOOKING OUTWARD. BOTH LIL DAD AND HER WERE BOTH LOOKING OUT WHEN ON THE POINT, GUESS THEY ARE LOOKING FOR LIL ONE. SURE HOPE JANE SEES HIM!

NG SHOWS UP ON THE POINT AT 6:06 IN THE VIDEO. LIL ONE SHOWS UP AT 30:45. FLIES OFF AT 31:01, BUT HE WAS THERE AGAIN AFTER 9PM BECAUSE I HEARD HIM, JUST COULDN'T SEE HIM.

Giggled at your comments before starting this post, Reenie! Yes, I saw LO several times. Got down there a little before 8. Lil Dad was around the corner from the nest ledge on the smaller ledge, and NG was over in front of the U Building under the overhang on the Market Street side. Went up to the garage roof to look around, but saw no sign of LO. Went over to the Amtrak Station to use the potty, and on the way over there NG flew up to the point with LO in hot pursuit. She landed there, and then so did he, but he stayed all of ten seconds, following NG out toward Cameron Street somewhere. Went back to the garage roof, and saw NG returning to the point somewhere around 8:30. Don't know where he came from, but Lil Dad flew over to the steeple somewhere around 8:40. Don't get to see him sitting there much. A little before 9 I left the roof, but saw NG take off followed by Lil Dad and a third falcon. They went down 4th Street, but it was pretty dark by then. One returned to this little glass enclosure between the three large windows on the 4th Street side of the Carson Building. THOUGHT it was LO, but can't be sure. Kind of did one of those wing things that juvies do. Didn't see where the other two went. The building guard saw me, and we had a little chat. He told me that he had seen the "young one" on "the perch" earlier, so at least I wasn't the only one looking. :-)

GREAT REPORT JANE, GLAD YOU GOT TO SEE ALL OF THEM. WAS IT THE GUARD THAT WEATHERED THAT HORRIBLE STORM WITH US THAT NIGHT? NOT ALL OF THEM ARE INTERESTED, BUT IT'S NICE WHEN THEY ARE :-)
