Well, bummer...no hatch...and since I don't see anything shaped like Texas...I can't even tell if there are pips...I suppose if I squint and turn my head sideways, I might be able to "see" a pip in the top egg...

Parent standoff occuring as I type...Dad is there and mom won't get up...this has been going on now for 7 minutes...2, 3, 4, 5, 6, ....get up mom!!!

Stand off lasted for 8 minutes and 13 seconds...Dad just gave up and left...mom still won't get up...there's gotta be either a chick under there or a chick in the process of hatching or what...I see no egg shells...
