I didn't know about Red's (now Henry) collision back on July 6th...so, I did some back peddling on her blog...she has a very interesting post:

This little gal had a stay in rehab for a head injury, and was recently released. She loved our "bed -n- breakfast service so much, it was a challenge to get her to start flying again!

I believe our rehab patient was from the Gulf Tower - that's what I was told. I'm trying to get confirmation of band numbers. She was a real pistol - we had to poke & prod her to get her to fly! I don't know about her, but I was worn out at the end of my shift!

Saw it too. And just this week the nest box was cleaned, all the tall weeds are gone. (It looked like a tropical forest . . . ) :hall6:
