forgot to mention my hawkstalking trip this am. went into philly early this am to gawk at the hawks and didnt see a one . however, i noted two very familiar shapes playing while soaring above the musuem of art and my friend confirmed they were two peregrines , most likely the parents who fledged eyasses from the city hall tower down the parkway from the museum. wish i had gotten a shot

Wow! that Spidey is big. When I go into the yard they are making webs all over. I came in with a dead one hanging on my arm. EEEWWW! Got it from the feed box no doubt.

Foggy looking there. I guess we will get that too. Most times your weather comes here.
