Ok for one I just love the way you use those igloo dog houses they are great and now a question
I see that the platforms seem pretty close to the water do they get flooded I remember that the Owls got flooded out last year but what about these others? Or was last yr just a fluke? So many questions again sorry

The igloo did not get flooded, but the equipment on the ground for the cam did. Cobb is probably twice as high as the others I was at this weekend. I think they could get flooded, but it would take a huge storm. The storm two years ago was a once a century northeaster, so it would be unlikely again. The storm prevented the parents from getting to the nest for something like 3 days. It just sat off the coast forever. I was in Virginia Beach the next day and the damage was terrible everywhere....houses submerged etc.

Beautiful banding photos, obxbarb! And all the chicks are super-cute! What an interesting area for peregrines to be nesting. I really enjoyed seeing all the pics - thank you!

Judging by their coloring, I'd say we have 1 male & 3 females here, but I won't have to wait long to find out, huh?
