I do not knwo catwoman, but I think they must not be putting the newt box back there. maybe they feel that was Mariahs.

I believe that was the original plan.
However, now that Mariah is no longer in the neighbourhood and Beauty has claimed and accepted the new nest box, I can imagine the thought is that there is no real reason to put a new box on the Kodak tower.
In a way I'm okay with that, the Kodak tower would have always brought (bitter sweet) memories of the legendary couple.

Tonight they're tweeting that Archer is with Unity at Kodak Park and Beauty has been seen flying downtown with the new tiercel!

With Archer migrating Oct. 10th in '09 and Oct. 13th in '10, there could possibly be a few more weeks of this drama- providing the tiercel sticks around. Should be interesting...
