The ledge is empty as of 10:40 am. Looks like the sun is trying to come out, so maybe later I'll see about heading downtown for a falcon fix.

THANKS LJAMES! I HAD A PICTURE OF THE ONE BY THE COLUMN, ALMOST THOUGHT IT WAS A JUVIE, BUT EVERYTIME I GO TO UPLOAD IT, I GET THIS: It was not possible to determine the dimensions of the image. DON'T UNDERSTAND WHAT THAT'S ABOUT. I EVEN CHANGED THE SIZE OF THE PHOTO AND IT DIDN'T WORK EITHER :-(

Reenie, I got that message yesterday when I went to post a pic from the Emily cam. Kim and Catbird have both complained about this message. Kim had posted that the last time it happened to her, she had to change the jpg to uppercase & then the pic posted. I was going to do that, but the next time I tried posting, it worked. Wonder why that's happening so much now? :gaaaaah:

I DON'T REMEMBER "EVER" SEEING THAT BEFORE. MINE ARE JUST CALLED 9-25-1, 9-25-2, SO NO UPPER OR LOWER CASE. MAYBE MA WILL CHECK INTO THAT FOR US, MAKES NO SENSE TO ME.

Hi ladies...Catwoman alerted me to the picture problem..To be honest, I have tried to figure out why we get this message (I've gotten it too...but, not recently)..I haven't changed the size pictures we post...current settings allow for pics 785 pixals wide and unlimited pixels for height. If it is a hair to wide, it will reject the pic...also, if you've posted a pic, been rejected, and tried to resize and repost, the board "memory" still thinks the pic is too wide. (I discovered that through trial and error...so, you have to really start your post all over again.) I've also had it happen when there has been absolutely no reason for it that I could find...and believe me I have tried. My theory is that it has something to do with Photobucket not "communicating" the correct dimensions to the forum.

I'll check the phpbb support forums to see if others have had problems with this issue.

OK...I did a little reading at the PHPbb support website...first, I have to say that 99.9% was over my head and the majority of posts had to do with people that were having pic problems all the time...which we are not. If we ever get this issue 100% if the time, then it could be that AceNet has changed their remote settings with PB. Remember when we had that problem of not being able to post from PB..(I know, we've had problems with PB on and off)..on that one specific occasion, AceNet had inadvertently blocked Photobucket.

Another possible cause is a PB issue that we have no control over and it has something to do with how PB generates code...

so............let me know if this problem increases with any of you...and I'll research it further.

Question about Kim...I remember her having this problem a while back...has she experienced it again recently?

SGB, I don't know that Kim has experienced this problem recently. I think it was mainly happening when she was trying to share the photos she took with the rest of us.

LIL DAD'S ON THE STICK THIS MORNING. HAD TO DISPOSE OF A WHOLE HOUSE SPARROW OUTSIDE THE FRONT DOOR (I GUESS JANE WILL BE GLAD TO HEAR THAT), FALCONS MUST HAVE DROPPED IT. ALSO HAD TO SHOOSH A GRASSHOPPER OVER TO THE FLOWERS OR IT WOULD HAVE BEEN TRAMPED ON :-(
