Wow, she really cooperated with you today, SGB! The ID is as clear as day. Do we have any idea who is banded 97H, & what the heck happened to Hope? :-?

Yes....ironically, 97/H is also from the Lincoln, Nebraska nest...hatched 2009...and that makes more sense...I just wish the male would go in the box so that we could see who it is...

1687-30245 b/r 67/H Left Eclipse f 2009 Rhodes State Office Tower, Columbus Franklin county, OH
(Now wouldn't that be great)

1687-30445 b/r 77/H Left MAMBO f 2010 Cleveland Clinic, Cleveland Cuyahoga county, OH

1687-30408 b/r 97/H Left f 2009 State Capitol, Lincoln Lancaster county, NE

I told myself to quit being lazy & go back to where Kitten listed the bands, & there it is! :loveshow: This will be her first nest, too, as she was born in 2009 at Lincoln, NE. Since she's a Nebraska girl, she'll be just fine!

Good heavens, I hope it isn't Doorly! She will be nervous enough & need some guidance from her mate. Doorly is liable to teach her how to break all the eggs!

Oh my a no name girl this isn't right we at least have to give her a nickname
Wait I just went to Neb. and found this
2009 – The same pair present since 2005 successfully raises four chicks; 2 females, 2 males. The chicks were named after Nebraska rivers. The Peregrine females were given the names Nemaha and Niobrara. The Male falcons were given the names Platte and Calamus. I'm trying to find out which one is which BBL

Great detective work, KF...

Now, I posted this info over on Manitoba the other day. This is what Tracy said (this is when we thought it was 57/H~of course, it really doesn't matter because its the same parents):

Hmmm, Mintaka is one of our "grandkids, and if the male is Doorly (?) then they are related, though not closely ...

Mintaka (2010) - daughter of Alley & 19/K (Lincoln, NE), granddaughter of Trey & Princess (Radisson), great-granddaughter of T-Rex & Madame (Radisson), great-great-granddaughter of Pop & Maud (Radisson)

Doorly (1999) - son of Winnie & Zeus (Omaha, NE), son of T-Rex & Burnsie (U of M), grandson of Pop & Maud (Radisson)

From my 2009 notes, the Nebraska kids were named after rivers: Nemaha (f) 97/H, Niobrara (f) 98/H, Platte (m) 91/A, Calamus (m) 92/A.

Hello, Nemaha! :nicetomeet:

I think they're still trying to figure out who this is...so of course I sent an email to a different address. I wish they had more info on their webpage that would help...

She's very cute...
