Well, Cam is down...latest news is that they think the problem lies in the WLAH-TV shed (?)...and will head out at first light on their snow mobile...it is currently -31 degrees... :cold:

It appears we have lost the Lily bear feed. Some component of the system failed. At this point we believe it may be the heater that keeps the components warm went out. We will keep everyone posted.

The bear center has confirmed birth at 13:51 pm.. :flirty: ..and now, I really have to go run an errand....I have been glued to this cam for hours...Actually, I'm not sure I can walk...

Lily is very still right now...I've been reading the posts on Facebook...they say you can hear the cub's sucking if you have headphones...which I don't...

I have my volume turned way up since my dishwasher is running behind me & I did hear sounds like Hope makes when she nurses, only much fainter. I also hear little cries now & then & then Lily grunts gently, so I think the little one must lose a nipple from time to time.

I'll be here for a while, then will have to head upstairs to clean the bathroom, so I'll have the cam up while I'm here.

OK...looked back through my video...I've got the second birth, you can hear it...but Lily is still keeping everyone tucked close...I'll try to isolate that section out...
