:7val: We have 2 eagles on the tree and I am assuming it is Harriet and M15. Can be seen best from the pond cam as they have a closer view of the tree from that cam for now.

:buzzybee: New feature this season is you can watch all 4 screens live at the same time. You can still access full screen from the usual position to actually go FS with that cam. However, if you want to view all 4 screens in one setting ... look immediately below and outside the chatroom box and you'll see the option for full screen that actually takes you to the 4 screens live. Instead of full screen (FS) and box with 4 arrows, maybe they should call it four screen (4S) and box with 4 quads numbered 1,2,3,4.

SWFEC's announcement of new feature without directions:

:buzzybee:

The screen will look like this when you get there:

:buzzybee: Screen Capture per Meg Smith.

:7val: Harriet is on cam 1 right now. Earlier he was beside her, but mainly obscured d/t her size. I tried to see if he flew out, but was unable to see that. So, I am wondering if he is still there?

They are both on the branch right now, but M15 is hard to detect behind Harriet!

:taz: Harriet was hit from behind by an owl at 1:44 am. She dropped to a branch below and flew per a witness who viewed the incident. As far as I know, she has not been seen since. Wskrsnwings has been looking for her this morning. M15 was on the tree at the time of the event and remained there early this morning. Hoping someone sees her soon!! (C9 at Charlo osprey nest was also knocked off it's perch above the nest by an owl during the night, but has been seen since without any apparent injuries.)

I just viewed the incident on the DVR and it was a hard hit that really propelled her forward. M15 was sleeping right beside her and he becomes visible just as she is knocked off d/t he was out of view previous with her body. I really hope they find her soon. The incident can still be seen or heard on all the cams as the DVR goes back 12 hours here.

:egg19:,Gigi! M15 is currently in the attic and I assume that is Harriet at the pond right now! 7:39 Harriet just flew, but not to the tree, she went toward the right. M15 was gone when I got back in.

SWFL Eagles_Looking For Harriet After Owl Attack ~She Is Now Back & OK~ 09-26-19

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dm2fFFUZCjM

author : wskrsnwings

I went to the nest this morning hoping to see Harriet return after a GHO (great horned owl) hit & knocked her from a branch at 2:44am, but she did not return. I went looking for her but never saw or heard her and went home at 12:30pm. I got a message at 1:30pm that Harriet was perched in a west pasture tree and looking good. I returned to the nest area but Harriet had flown away, soaring with other birds. It is wonderful to know she is okay. Thank you SWFEC, hosted by Dick Pritchett Real Estate, for providing & maintaining suitable trees & environment for this Bald Eagle Family. http://www.SWFLEagleCam.com Thank you to Dick Pritchett Real Estate (SWFEC), Church of the Nazarene, Eagle Landing & several friends for allowing me to film on their premises...

A GHO flies in to Harriet and M's nest tonight sitting on the left hand side!!
The owl looks right at the cam before flying off.
Pond cam 3 captures the arrivals & departures of the owl.

Page with cam:
Latest Update: 4 hours ago
Around 10:20p Owls can be heard, then they make a visit or two to the nest,
perch on the OCT (old cam tree) then leave.
Believe H and M are still in the west pasture where they flew earlier this evening.
