My gosh they are so big now! All 4 would have NEVER survived on that tiny nest!

Checked on the babies earlier with all the storms out there tonight. There is some lightning visible now but I think it's moving past them.

I really hate the changes PB made ... I miss the slideshow option.

Anywho .... was keeping watch here with all the storms and tornados. Sooner Lake was in the clear tonight but Vian got hit. I swear I thought the nest was going to float away. Lots of wind, leaves, etc. flying through the air. I watched the nest literally get lifted up twice. It's now leaning to the right but did not blow away. Cams went off air though, will have to check in the morning.

First sequence of pics are of the nest itself....

These are from the wide angle cam. You can see all the leaves, etc. flying through the air.

I am just heartbroken for all the devastation in Oklahoma. You images of the leaves are sad...

Yes, I hate the changes PB made also. It really seems user-UN-friendly.

They had more storms today ... even hail on the nest. But they did fine!

These 2 are so laid back and content ... no rush to learn how to fly it seems! They haven't even made it up to the crossbar yet! :lollol:

Just went to look and found they both have fledged, there are videos of both taking first flight.
Now the lake area is one huge playground for them.
Judy posted this at her video
The two eaglets at Sooner Lake, Oklahoma, hatched the same day, branched to the crossbar above their nest within a minute of each other earlier today - and now have fledged on the same day. Here the second one heads for shore, following the same path his or her sibling took less than three hours earlier.
