Sadly I fear this isn't going to turn out favorably for the Eagles. Tough to fight against the government, no matter how wrong they are.

With a tree service, USDA and police present, an 8th Eagle's nest was removed this morning at NBG. it was a large enough nest that both Eagles were photographed sitting in it 2 days ago. The nest was chipped and ground into mulch. :tissue:
