Yankee went out 3 times tonight and back , finally Dixie came in. was at benediction I guess :5val:

:loveheart2: Yankee on the eggs, looking pretty comfortable. He looks at the eggs and starts talking, when I look at the next window, there is Dixie. It looks like she is pretending she does t see him.. Yankee has kind of scrunched back down on the eggs...

A hatch 37 days after the first egg was laid of a a 5-egg clutch??? That is very unusual, if not a bit alarming. A 5-egg clutch will take at least 41 or 42 days to get to the first hatch (I checked the calendars for this and the 6 previous years )

I don't know what's going on with our chick as cam 1 appears to be down. I do see Dixie's face on cam 2.
I will keep checking today but right now I am off to the races.
