Eve made an afternoon visit...not the clearest of pics...

...she then spent a few minutes wind surfing and pouncing...it looked like she was having fun...

Because of her coloring/markings she looks like one of the girls from a distance...it really throws me off!!! She's just missing the cream at the tips of her feathers/tail...

I sure would like to see Mitchell...

Yes, Mitchell has been a hands-on dad since he's been nesting here. He'd even lay the eggs if he could! :teehee: SGB can rest easy now that he's made an appearance! :eggthumbup:

It's been a while since I've checked in, trying to get too many things done around home. Thanks for regularly checking in and manning the cam sgb. Eve does look really good now and of course Mitchell as handsome as ever. Glad to see one of the girls. I think Libby officially calls them survivors in the annual report after 6 weeks, and I'm sure we saw both after that, but its always comforting seeming them this late. We should see other birds over the next month, it's migration time on the eastern shore. One year we saw a bunch of Ibis, so cool. I will be heading to the beach to watch the falcon parade south and will try and keep an eye on the cam too.

Well, Mitchell made another appearance this afternoon....I swear, this boy is camera shy...I had to "chase" him around and I don't think he was too happy about that!!

So her beak is still a bit deformed. Apparently its not enough to interefere with her life, thank goodness.
