Meant to thank Anca for the great video's! Lil Dad on the eggs now!! He looks so bright eyed compared to Niecey who looks tired!!!! AHH!

Thanks for the commentary, captures, & video everybody! I noticed in Anca's videos that Niecey held onto the original egg while she was trying to lay the next one. Didn't want to take a chance on damaging the precious egg by having the other egg hit it. This may be the usual, but I don't remember seeing it before. :loveshow:

Wonderful news about egg number 2! Plus I'm glad to see that Lil Dad got to spend some time on the eggs today - he's always so protective of them.

Maybe not a green egg, but it would be neat to be able to mark it green so when they get banded that one could get the green tape. :sham5:

But we'd have to be there when the egg hatched so it could get banded or marked right away. :teehee:
