Bird Cams Around the World

Great to see you back Kim!!!!!!! Those feathers are just so cute !!! We have had SOO many Grackles and I posted pictures on Facebook of them. The variety of birds in the yard has been wonderful this year.Have been seeing a Hermit Thrush for the past few days. He is so cute with his ways. Ident thanks to Jane and Reenie. Robins too.

There are currently two falcons on the WSFS building. I'm going to assume they are CJ & RG! :)

CJ was in the nest box earlier working on the scrapes a little! RG was on the ledge preening for a while.

Noticed yesterday the "eye" feathers have moved out of the picture. Still batting .000.

Me too. Haven't seen anyone for a while on here.

No one there, but that one scrape looks a little deeper than the closer one. Maybe just the lighting. If weather is right, will be checking on them from the roof top tomorrow.

I'll be on that roof tomorrow even if the weather isn't right. Don't get the chance very often.

I hope you guys get to see them! What time will you be there?

My estimate is somewhere between 11 and 12.

Sorry I couldn't make it but I was busy watching a COMMON REDPOLL that was visiting my feeders! Woo hoo! I know, not a falcon, but still exciting! :)

Well, you missed some GREAT action, Kim. They were both on the WSFS Building when I got there around 11:30. Faith came around 11:45. Didn't take us long to see a canoodle over on said building. LOTS of flying around afterwards, but sometimes they disappeared for a while. CJ came in with some prey to the roof of the Brandywine Building. Then Red Girl had it. That prey was all over downtown Wilmington! Faith heard another canoodle in the nest box, and we saw another one over on the WSFS. I am anxious to look at my pictures on the computer. And had I known where you lived Kim, I would have stopped on my way home to see that Redpoll. Lucky you!!

Thanks to Reenie for posting my pictures and editing them. I don't know what the prey was that CJ was carrying. It wasn't real big, and had dangly legs.
