An unknown falcon, further called Intruder, a young (1st year) female with a white ring nr 47, supplanted today Sleggie of the tower.Sleggie was around 19hr30, spotted at the foot of the water tower, while Intruder constantly performed punch dives. Sleggie was regularly thrown on her back. She had no defense.

We have get hold of her and she turned out to have a bloody toe, and a bedraggled chest She is transferred to bird sanctuary, De Toevlucht in Amstelveen, by the animal ambulance Vinkeveen.

This nest was one of our favorites next to Axel. Unfortunately.
In my opinion, we must consider this hatch as lost.

Sorry to read this and that there won't be hatching but at least you got her and there wasn't any little ones yet Ruud and she will get the care she needs :cryinggirl:
