I'm pretty sure that's O'Connor on the ledge..She's holding her ground. They must have been so close to her. Thank goodness she didn't launch at them!

I saw a backpack going up earlier... is that how they get the kids up, or down for banding?

The only way I can tell is the reflection of the feet in the window changes.
