I finally caught them when they were sleeping in a pile..

The baby in the front stole the food!!! The parent eventually got it back..

Heiliggeistkirche-chicks banded this afternoon: two tiercels, one female! Named KARL-FRIEDRICH, JÖRG, MICHAEL - we do not consider true sex- friends of Heidelberg pf , two of them licensed to do the banding in our area, all three engaged in protection of birds of prey since long years...

Sudden "human" attack yesterday (banding) happened from the other corner! So it is good to change position in the opposite corner. Bright young falcons! Beware of aliens who grab and transform you to another place... :-) HMG

They stood there and posed today, just the right spot. Pretty sure they had just eaten as I saw a parent leaving the box with leftovers. afterwards they hurried to the front corner to snuggle.

Wonderful snapshots from the trio, thank you! I have been away 5 days to London, GB - more than a dozen breeding pairs! - and restrained from looking into my website. There were better sights: British Museum (Ice Age Art-exhibition & Pompeii /Herculaneum), Royal Opera house (Rossini), Victoria & Albert-Museum etc. pp )
