Bell

Peter and I went touring today and we have at last on e home at Bell. There could be more but we had to wait for this one to show

Is on east side of building, just as Gord wanted. They will be more protected from winds there.
So not know how long home as I could not get there before now.
Hope they turn cams on soon

Two in the box! The male looks like he has a solid red band on his left leg. I think that would make him a captive bred bird. :girlluv:

good shots
I have been monitoring test cam since last week so I did dot know you could see it yet or I would have posted link. I have so many photos etc but will only post this video. there will be sound. We had sound but none today.

Gord thinks the red band male is from first hack on Pembina 2 years ago. And we think this is E4
Hamish was around but we have not seen him on cam . this is where Gord has put a box in the opening with carpet on lip.
So far we have them on right side of building. They are east , which is better for them

If you look at 1:41 pm of video I believe it is a prey exchange

Gord has Id her as E4 and the male as big Red. I am trying to get more info on big red. I am going to ask them to get close up of her band numbers for me and for Big Red

E4 has been in box for quite a bit now.

We are on mail biters here because she has been scarping at far end also. she does have a mind of her own. She likes the wide open I think

this is one reason shy I am not at other sites. right now .

and at 8:02am she is out on ledge and male is in box , checking to see if egg yet.
He is loyal to the box and likes it. LOL He just has to keep her in there. Lasso comes to mind

Dumb question or idea: What if a dumb egg was put in the nest before she started laying hers, would E4 think that is the place to lay hers?
