:girlcrazy: When I checked the Indy Peregrine Cam, the caption said I could not open the cam in a frame, and to try clicking on an icon they provided. I did , and there was the nest box, active, and on today's date. I don't really understand, but I thought Id let you know....

The Indy Star no longer supports the cam. We have referred this to the DNR to hopefully find another sponsor.

:flirty: Heads up for those of you who followed the 2013 nest of "Romeo and Juliet" with the infamous nestlings known as "Samson and Delilah" @ the NEFL Eagle site! Thanks to a smashed toe received when Mom stepped on it and other similarities noticed through photos then and now ... Samson has
been identified in probability as the current resident male from the AEF/NEFL staff!!! Go to site for summaries. :sum9: :sum9: :sum9:

E13 from the Ft. Meyers eagle nest was impaled on a catfish barb and that can be seen @ 1808 on DVR tonight. Topside on right, near the tail. Enough that when the catfish was flipped, E13 was flipped onto his back with it. He became free quickly thanks to Mom and so far seems okay. They are going to keep a close eye on him. Hopefully, it was superficial, but I think they are concerned with possible infection.
