Great catch, SGB. I've been watching on and off this afternoon, and I knew there had been a new hatch when I saw that new eggshell. Now if only we could catch a better glimpse of the new little one.

I'll have you know, one of my cats came and sat in my lap...she was staring at red girl and started sneezing? coincidence? I think not... :teehee:

Got home from my part time job around 4:30 and have been watching since then, with looks at what's going on in Harrisburg, too. You can be assured she'll move within the next five minutes, as the grass needs to be mowed here.

I knew when I went out to mow that something would happen. If my memory is correct, when Red Girl first became a mother several years ago, she moved several chicks around, making watchers panic. And I agree that it's the remains of a Flicker in the box, Greg. :-(
