Bird Cams Around the World

I always hate to see a chick between the post and the edge. Oops Lil' Dad just brought in food and they are trying to do something with it. Niecey needs to come and feed these girls. Well I think that's Lil' Dad. One of the chicks went running to him as he scampered across the ledge.

Am watching those two girls working on the meal. Lil Dad is watching from the stick. Weather here today is absolutely perfect. BUT we have some major heat coming our way on Tuesday.

It looks like there's a fair amount of food left on that meal up on the ledge. Am surprised Lil Dad hasn't done something with it. He's not about to let a good meal to go to waste. The girls are huddled in their usual spot down at the end of the ledge. Maybe that's where they'll spend the night.

Most of that large leftover prey from last night has been eaten. Couldn't tell which adult was behind the orange post with it a few moments ago. One of the girls is fooling with it, one flattened out by the stick. and one just came out of hiding from behind the scrape. Cam was in the exact right place when one of the adults flew up to the cam. I'm going to be out of town until late this afternoon.

Am seeing the three girls down near the point. Blue Girl is busy preening while her sisters rest. Spent several hours in Wilmington today watching over Red Girl's family of two males and two females. They are several days older than the girls in Harrisburg. None of them fledged while I was there, but it is going to be SOON.

Earlier today I think a food drop had just happened as one chick was mantling, while another watched, and the 3rd cried for somebody to come and feed her.

Thinking that's Lil' Dad on the stick but he was talking to somebody, Niecey, I assume while the chicks whined.

Don't know where #3 is at the moment. There's something in the scrape, but it doesn't look like a falcon. Two have made their was down to the shade of the orange post.

The girls have been zonked out by the orange post for a while. Red Girl has a LOT of white fluff compared to the other two. Lil Dad is on the point preening. Am going to be out for errands for a while now. SO glad the cam is running.

I've been sitting here having lunch and just watching for about 20 minutes. Two of those girls have been at various places on the ledge, while the third one has been standing behind the orange post the whole time. Lil Dad popped into the scrape a while ago, and Red Girl went down there. He hopped up on the shield, but is now gone. It's quite warm here today with a nice breeze, but not real humid. The humidity and major heat are to arrive tomorrow.

Only have a minute to check in but I see two. A few minutes ago a lot of sirens and noise. One of the girls started to run down the ledge toward the box but stopped as the noise had stopped. I think she might have been scared by it.


I just saw another tail behind the orange post, making two, so all accounted for. I've only watched a total of maybe two hours all weekend but I haven't seen Niecey. I'm assuming that somebody else has. Ok, I'm off again.

One of the girls, Red I think ran down the ledge screaming making Lil' Dad (?) take off.

White Girl flapping wildly.

Definitely Red Girl with all the fluff. Blue is really getting feathered out. White has a good bit of fluff, but not as much as Red. I've not seen Niecey on the cam all day, but haven't been watching continually. I did see Lil Dad earlier. Blue and White just settled side by side near the point. Blue is on the left.

Niecey arrived on the stick a couple minutes ago. That got the girls screaming. They have all relocated up against the building down at the end of the ledge.
