Found out where he is. I was checking Facebook when he disappeared but somebody else was paying attention to him. He jumped over to the left on the light or whatever it is on the left.

I'm thinking he might have hopped down to the ledge, which would be good cause then he could run & flap! He sounded louder for a while so I think he was close to the nestbox.

Dorothy brought food, but he isn't there to eat it, so she's eating it herself. I'm surprised that didn't get him back to the nest in a hurry!

They were just panning the cam looking for him. Didn't find him, & I haven't heard him in a while. :eggsad:

10:28pm - Someone just PTZ'ed the cam... the 'tour' didn't show where the cutie pie is... (but it sure did give a good idea of where he could 'hide' and 'explore.' Do you think he must be close - but out of view... wouldn't Dorothy be upset if he couldn't be seen?

Glad you saw it too, Cat... What do you think?????

Dorothy doesn't seem concerned, so I think that's a good thing. I bet somebody is looking out that window where they took him inside for banding. He has to be on that side cause he isn't on this side. He's probably sleeping, but I sure would like to hear him again.

Me too, Cat.. had to leave PC - now 1:40pm and nest is empty...
(Is anyone on the ground (or in the 'office') there? I'd guess 'yes' since they did that 'tour' this morning...)

Did you miss this on the prior page, Bonbon? We know that's where he went from the nest, but what we don't know is where he is now.

Hey everyone, Eyas is on the ground by the Cathedral. The Pitt Police are guarding it, they've placed a call to the Game Commission but it has been over an hour and no one has responded or even called them back. It's made no sound so Dorothy and E-2 probably don't know where it is. What to do?

Edit: There was another post saying that the bird on the ground was a red-tailed hawk, not Bubba.

They put him back in the nest. I have a bit of video..need to process it. Dorothy was being very protective of her nest.

I was just reading in Pittsburgh Falconuts from the woman whose post was removed that she knows it was him because she was there with the Pitt Police! Somebody else in the group was saying that didn't happen! :hahah
