Just spotted a falcon out on the perch stick.....

A falcon has been hanging around their nest box here for nearly an hour.... Hard to tell what it is doing for sure but looks like some pebble picking and scraping...

The cam is live at Lansing, and a falcon is out on the perch! At one time he/she actually came in the nestbox. It did some inspecting, and scraping, then all of the sudden it leaped out of the nestbox onto the perch - like it was afraid someone would catch it....Still out on the perch. When it was in the nestbox, I thought it's bands looked red and black....
