I just added Kalamazoo to the list for Misc. USA Falcons since I did not see it anywhere else. Also added the cam link to that page.

Kalamazoo, MI:

A new male whom we believe is 61/D, b/r who is Squirt a 2010 hatch from Thilmany Mill in Kaukauna Wisconsin. I have let Greg Septon know so he can weigh in on the ID.

Here is a vid that Carl posted on the BCAW FB page

I like that Parapet view at Kalamzoo
I wonder if something is wrong or if the cam shuts off at a certain time (10 pm)

I received a note from Greg regarding Kalamzoo:

"I took a look at the video again frame by frame and have attached an image below that appears to be (b/r) 61/D. I ran the frame through Photoshop and to lighten & sharpen the image. Also below is the nesting account from the Thilmany Mill for 2010.
Squirt was a runt and the only youngster produced there that year. :teehee:

I'd like one more good view of this band before saying for sure but from what there is so far it looks like Squirt."

If anyone gets a good picture of the bands, please post so I can let Greg know.
OBTW, I added the :teehee: to his message! :teehee:

Can someone tell me am I wrong or is the Kalamazoo cam just a 5 second refresh? The home page says

January 2015, two cameras and a microphone were installed so that you can now catch live footage as the Peregrine Falcon web camera captures each moment. View still photos, live feed, and archived footage and keep tabs on your favorite birds.
ButI can't find anything with sound. Am I just looking in the wrong place or is it just not up yet?
Thanks for any help

I don't know the answer to this KF. When I pulled up the cam at http://www.kalamazoofalcons.com/nest-cam it was live feed with a 5 second refresh, no sound. I will contact them to find more information. The videos that have been posted by the Audubon Society [cam sponsor] have lots of sound! Will advise.
EDIT
Sent an inquiry through the website. Also asked for info on female Rebecca.

:omg I just got off the phone with Gail from the Kalamzoo Audubon Society, sponsors of the Kalamazoo falcon cam. The cam has been live for less than 48 hours and she was shocked that we had already found it! WE ARE GOOD!

Anyway, currently the cam is on a 5 second refresh because that service is "free". It is scheduled to go to live streaming with sound, but not sure when. They were waiting for the activity to get going. Of course, we think this courting is fantastic activity, so maybe our interest will speed this up. Gail was also amazed that in the short time we have watched, we identified Squirt. She is also going to see if she can confirm that.

Another tidbit, Rebecca is a 2009 hatch from South Bend, so Guinevere and Zephyr's legacy is continuing not too far from home. She is also going to confirm that it is still Rebecca.
I am doing the happy dance! :hapdance:

Oh, I did add this to the nesting calendar SGB
