I have been watching her for almost all day and I saw that too. She just won't give us a good look. I have not seen any food deliveries or visits by dad, so I think we are still on hatch watch.

This could be the last egg laid, on March 25. The other eggs may have been infertile or maybe too cold, I went back and saw the first two eggs uncovered with snow on the porch.
Anyhow, it's great that they have a little one to care for :loveshow:

EDIT: First hatch 42 (!) days after first egg, same as at Mill Creek by the way.

Thanks DEF. I wondered about that too and this timing would make sense. We have been on hatch watch for a long time and I am glad there is one hatch! :loveheart:
