Good Friday morning Everyone - I opened the cam this morning to hear a different sort of call - not sure who it is on the nest box cam - a few calls and now quiet - I went back to check onn thigs and not the ledge is empty

It is really frustrating not to have the nest box cam - I hear both Durand and Spark in the box and now one of them has just come out of the box but there is still sweet calling coming from the box. I really look forward to having the cam back.

I miss it too, rosekk!! Sure hope they can get it up sooner rather than later..

Finally, its nice to see Durand go into the box for a change..

Current locations: Durand is on top of the Box cam and Spark is in front of the ledge cam.

Nice video of the two of them entering the nestbox. I am hearing lots of odd sounds and talking which I guess in Durand scraping around in the box, assuming that is Spark still blocking the cam. Might as well be stills though, streaming not working well.

I don't miss the way the PO process goes at the county level, let alone the state level. There is nothing that will speed it up, hence the red tape saying. :???:

I think it's the coldest day of the year! Record breaking coldest February ever!! :cold:

Hope something comes through though...that allows them to get the nest cam back. These two may be the first Ohio pair to lay eggs!! :smilehat:

Well, that certainly is a bummer!! I hope they are able to get what they need to get the box cam going. First egg in 2014 was 3/19...I think they will be sooner than that this year..
