I think its a strong possibility she is a PA bird. PA uses tape on just about all the birds they band..

in 2013, PA banded 9 red taped females...

....I'm not done...they didn't all survive...so, be right back..

If by some miracle we have chosen the correct hatch year, the correct state, if there is an A on the bottom band (that's what it looked like to me) etc., etc., etc...

if it turns out to be b/g 07/AR....then a 2013 hatch from PA/NJ turnpike bridge
09/AR hatched at St John Cathedral, Manayunk
