Watching and this one just stood up and you can see where all the eggs are. Poor things, it's amazing how inexperienced these birds can be. You'd think instinct would kick in but we have witnessed many unbelievable things that show it does not.

It looked like one egg is broken - its too soon for a pip
I may be wrong - hope so
It looks like they gave her more gravel

I didn't think they could go in after the eggs are laid it really looks the same from what these old eyes see, but I have known to be wrong so so so many times. :teehee:

Gosh...I hope the eggs are ok...I try to check on these nests as much as I can....but, I never linger...so, if a parent is incubating, I move on... :girlcrazy:

Gravel looks the same to me and I'm seeing what looks like bare spots.....but, who knows....hee hee..

I got a good look at the eggs a few minutes ago and they all look intact.

One egg looks damaged - too early for a pip
And WHERE is egg 4?

Not sure what's going to happen here, she showed the eggs and then she was poking at one of them. It looks indented now. I don't think that's a good thing! :nervous:

I TOLD YOU one egg was damaged!
After SHERCO ate her egg last year,
Hope at Pitts Cathedral weirdities this year,
and stories of other years -
I hope this isnt another falcon who eats her eggs!
Maybe she ate the missing egg. sigh
I'd so love to see more of these beautiful orange falcons!

You can differently tell they didn't add gravel now.
