That blue check pigeon looks like racer

IT has specific head shape for raceing pigeon (more spiky), not to mention it looks like he is banded, so he is bread escapee, or got lost in race

Ok so he is male, also with visit of pray birds this does not look good for those pigeons

Gonna try to watch it. I had account on that polish forum, but forgot my login :p

Racer with colorful bands, if i'm not mistaken the pink one is the one for raceing timers to react when pigeon is back, blue got number

Something strange happened, now male switch female and she is standing on launge

And switch again:

I think i can hear falcon or other pray bird in background... maybe they little stressed out

Or maybe sounds are seagulls since Wisla is in view

Everything looks ok for day 1 with egg :) same as piegons in salt lake, with one egg they keep egg uncovered probably to sync them with 2nd egg

Kestrel is not a problem for a pigeon, but for egg and chick it might be

The first was probably barefoot, followed by the sparkle.

There were bows and observation Ciapaty. And so durable.

then just sparkle (of the ring 100% were G and 4)

Everything took about 4 minutes.

Why "ciapaty"? :p i prefer to call him "racer" ^^

Pigeons are very protective of eggs, they will stay in nest as long as they does not feel his live is in serious danger, how much it they can take depends on there personality. Also racing pegions are usually more touth then normal feral pigeons
