Yes, I've been here lurking and watching on cam and on ground for several weeks, but today was the first day I saw falcons LIVE. One perching and one soaring. I'm running to a meeting right now, but will post again tomorrow.

:egg19: Nice to hear from you, sbwatcher! Just now mom was up on the new, fixed board beside the box. All the sudden the chicks got very restless and Maltese bounded down into the nestbox, which calmed them somewhat. It looks like they are hungry, and lunch is late!

Some kind of grooming session going on right now ! Very attentive parents, I've been watching live webcam as well as scrolling back with the red bar, and have seen lots of visits with chicks too sleepy to feed. :zzzzz They are growing fast.

There is also frequently one parent perched outside on the northWEST corner of the building, as opposed to the northeast where Zeus liked to perch. (However, this is the ONLY corner not visible from our library entrance street level. ) :imbored: Means I will have to do some walking this spring/summer.

:15heartbeat: Maltese has them shoved in the corner again tonight and you are unable to see them. I know SW Indiana has storms rolling through this eve, but am unsure about the northern part of the state.
