Came in @ about 6:17 CDT and found Maltese here! Went back on the DVR to see if she had spent the night and found out she had arrived to the porch @ about 5:45 CDT and then went to the nest and dug in the bole that remains well within our sight @ this time. (Please, no corner boles out of view of your faithful followers this year Maltese!!) She remains standing in the nest as I leave.

falcon just left, but I didn’t see any head stripes, so Peace? Maltese must have decided she needed some exercise....

On the DVR @ a little before 6 Maltese is seen and again after 7, Peace has made 2 visits since this time.

Maltese has spent the night in the nest box! I am surprised, when I was here earlier, I didn't see her. I came back, because I have been checking daily and know she has been arriving very early in the morning. When I went back on the DVR to see when she had arrived this morning, the 4 hour search revealed, it was all night! Guess when I was here earlier, she'd just stepped out of view for a second. We are on egg watch here!! :16val:

Edit to add: 1st egg last season was March 27TH.

I don't see Maltese within view of the cam right now.

Found Maltese on cam @ about 5:40 EDT and do not know if she spent night. Going further back on DVR, I could not see her. Don't know if she is spending part of time on porch out of cam view or if she was coming to nest for the 1st time this morning. She did not leave until sometime after 7 approx.

On DVR, I found Maltese sleeping on porch 4 hours ago and in nest later on. Peace has been in 2 times this morning and someone is on porch now, but you can just barely see the slightest sliver of feathers viewable that I have ever seen on a cam. :10val:

Maltese is on the porch now. Going back on the DVR for the last 4 hours, you can see her for the 1st time when she steps into the nest about 45 minutes ago!

Maltese left some time ago and Peace popped in and out a few minutes ago!

Scanning the DVR, I found Maltese on the porch about 2'20" ago and she left about 40" ago.

I checked the DVR again this morning and you can see her on the porch until about 2 1/2 hours ago. At that time she hopped into the nest and back to the porch and walks toward the front and out of view.
