Pess, this nest has produced, hatched and fledged 5 for the last several years. It seem like each nest has its own rhythm.

Just received an email from Laura about 2 Indianapolis hatched birds:
"Kinka (offspring of K and K at Market Tower) and Pinkie (male from IPL nest) update. For those new to the story, these 2 nested in Ohio at a power plant last year for the first time and raised a family.

From the Ohio DNR biologist - sad news to report unfortunately. All the more sad since this clutch will probably not be viable. If I hear any thing further, I will let you know.

Hi Laura,
I’m sorry to inform you that Kinka was found dead Sunday, likely due to a collision. Pinkie is still on site and making a valiant attempt to continue incubating the eggs, but will more than likely fail I would suspect. Just figured you would want to know…
