I have been having all kinds of trouble with the cam. It seems as if they do not have the bandwidth necessary to handle all the watchers, so perhaps if finally just blew. Hope not. I know watchers from BCAW were being frugal with viewing time, but I don't know about others. I hope it is a temporary problem.

I don't know Donna and I am just as frustrated as you. I do not know who sponsors the cam to even make contact. When we first began having issues with it, there were just so many viewers that the cam kept freezing. I suspect that the cam is just overwhelmed with the traffic and now it has crashed all together.

Earlier I called the rehabber that was mentioned in a couple of South Bend articles, and I sensed my call frustrated and maybe even angered her. Things are now tapering a bit in the baby bird rehab department, but Carol is just a volunteer trying to do good in the world.

I do not want to bother her again, but if I have any other ideas, I will pursue them...

It's 11:20 AM EDT and I can see the eyases. Who stole our baby fuzz balls and put those "grown up" chicks with real feathers in the scrape?? Some one, no doubt, while the cam was down. It is raining & the chicks are sleeping, but are SO much bigger than a couple days ago. I'm sorry I don't know how to do pictures.

5:30PM EDT Rain stopped--sun shining--and one daring pefa on the porch-

Oops.... not so daring-just jumped back in the nest.

Looks like some food was fed to eyases as there is some left on the porch.

Fids are moving around very handily, strongly, yup, growing too fast for us watchers.

5:40.... one back up on the porch......checking out the leftovers.....helping herself.

back in nest@5:52....after ate all the scraps....could see bands clearly

purple on right leg & blk over red on left leg.

back on the porch @6PM EDT

6:13 can see both eyases..one on porch snoozing, and one in nest.

Both are in the nest again @ 7PM. There have been many cute poses....

I am so sorry, I just don't know how to post pictures.
