LOL! Well, as high as he has built those rails, I don't think they will get very far. Plus, Pittsburgh is warmer today (70F, 21C), so the little ones won't get too cold.

They are so active! It will be interesting to see how they do in the coming weeks.

The loss of the eaglet in Hanover, PA was confirmed late this afternoon by the PA Game Commission. There is a lot of speculation as to what happened. I just checked the web cam, and I think it's Dad Eagle sitting on the nest right now. It remains to be seen what happens to the unhatched egg. Many people seem to think the unhatched egg is the FIRST one to be laid, but there is no way of knowing.

I love watching them when I go to Vancouver Island to visit family.
