I am recording a feed which I will post later. love how they get food from behind the cupboard. it appears to be blocked and i htink femlae is eating more than feeding. but I can see her feed.

2 nice chicks

WE tend to judge these falcons, but she is doing what her instinct tells her, . We do nto know the state of chick in other egg, she does. at other sites, eggs are carried around also.

I think for so many years, we have watched females that seemed to know all, but when they are gone from their sites, who knows who follows. they should nto be labelled but accepted fo r who they are.

Bev....I'll speak for myself...I wasn't judging this female!!! She's new this year to this site and my guess is this could be her first clutch, so maybe overwhelming?...

I was just worried when I saw her picking at the pip last night and again this morning. I was so hoping we wouldn't see a repeat of what happened with the other hatch..I'm pretty sure that chick had been alive.

I am so glad to see the chicks are doing great!!
