Yup...just watched Durand get up to probably get her breakfast delivery. She is beautiful. That 4th should arrive sometime today. I'm going to be out all day and will miss it. Enjoy the viewing. :15heartbeat:

In case you missed it. There's a great tail shake with the final push.

I believe he definitely is. He is on egg duty as I write this and he is doing a wonderful job covering all the eggs. Being a big guy helps. He stepped in like a pro and is very fond of his eggs, which was so evident when that 1st egg arrived. :15heartbeat:

Looks like Aries is pulling the day shift...lol. He has tiny white spots on one tail feather....a way to distinguish him when they are incubating and facing away from the cam. You can clearly see the spots in SGB's photo of 4/1 at 8:08 am.

Yay 4th egg!! I also have been looking for distinguishing marks between the pair. Now that Aries is on egg duty I am sure that we will get plenty of time to look.

Are the cams down for anyone else this morning?

Yes, the ledge cam went down on Friday and they said it probably wouldn't be fixed until sometime this week. The sound on both cams has been down for a few weeks. I think they were waiting until all the eggs were laid before trying to fix it since it was causing both cams to crash.

Who knows - maybe we'll get lucky and have both cams and sound working soon?

I just did some calculating. Incubation is approximately 33 days. I usually count from the 3rd egg when full incubation begins. This would take us to May 1st, give or take a day. Wouldn't that be something, if we had our 1st hatch on May Day?

Aries seems to tolerate the sun better than Durand, but she is a Canadian girl after all. :teehee:
